Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses served by USPS.

Processing time

Every jar is made and packed by hand. Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. You choose the carrier and service (USPS or UPS) before you pay. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return (or of approving a damage claim). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Lost packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and help you get your order.
