This policy explains what personal information Crystal Elements collects when you use crystalelements.us and how it is used.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, and the products you buy.
• Account (optional): if you sign in with Google, Apple or an email and password, we keep your sign-in email and your saved shipping address so you don't have to type it again. You can change it on your account page or ask us to delete it.
• Payment details: entered on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: our site uses Google advertising tags (Google Ads) that may set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.

How we use it

Only to process, ship and support your order, to send you order and shipping emails, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments.
• EasyPost and the carrier you choose (USPS or UPS) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your package.
• Resend delivers our shipping emails.
• Google hosts this site (Firebase) and stores order records.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor them for all customers.
